In the case of purchase of e-books, we offer a 10-Days Refund Policy for genuine cases of dissatisfaction. Refund requests must be made within 10 calendar days of purchase. Requests can be made via email with valid reasons and transaction details. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
