Welcome to edCredence Academy ("Institution", "we", "our", or "us"), the Centre for Excellence in Education, Technology and Research. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and use of our online and offline educational services, including courses, coaching, eBooks, and study materials.By registering, subscribing, accessing, or using our services via the website www.edcredence.com, you ("Student", "User", "You") agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

3. Services Offered
• Online and offline coaching for school, college, and postgraduate level students
• Specialized competitive exam coaching: NEET UG, UGC NET, CSIR NET, PSC, UPSC, and other public sector recruitment tests
• Sale and distribution of proprietary eBooks and study materials

4. Registration and User Accounts
• Users must be at least 16 years old or have parental consent to register.
• Accurate, complete, and updated information must be provided during registration.
• Login credentials must be kept confidential; users are responsible for all activities under their accounts.

5. Fees, Payments, and Refunds
• Fee Structure: All course fees are listed on the website and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payment Methods: UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, and other authorized payment gateways.
• Refund Policy: All course and digital product purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated. Exceptional cases may be considered at the sole discretion of management upon written request.

6. Course Access and Materials
• Access to courses is granted only upon full payment.
• Online courses are provided via the institution’s learning management system (LMS).
• Course duration, validity, and renewal terms will be specified at the time of enrolment.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
• All content including videos, PDFs, tests, eBooks, and recorded lectures are proprietary to ed Credence Academy.
• Copying, distributing, recording, reverse-engineering, or sharing of any course material without written permission is prohibited and actionable under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India).
• The user is granted a non-transferable, limited license for personal, non-commercial academic use only.

8. User Conduct Students are expected to:
• Use the platform lawfully, without infringing others' rights or our terms
• Not engage in harassment, defamation, or disruption of class activities (including online live sessions)
• Follow etiquette during group classes and on digital forums or messaging platforms provided by the Academy. Violation may result in suspension or permanent ban from the platform without refund.

9. Digital Content & Publishing Policy
• eBooks and study materials are sold/licensed for personal use only.
• No resale, reproduction, rehosting, or redistribution is permitted.
• Unauthorized use will be treated as a violation of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Indian Copyright Law.

10. Privacy and Data Security
• We comply with applicable Indian data protection laws including IT Rules, 2011.
• Personal data will be collected, stored, and processed only for educational and communication purposes.
• We do not sell or misuse your data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for complete details.

11. Limitation of Liability
• ed Credence Academy will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses, including data loss, income loss, exam failure, or service unavailability.
• The Institution makes no guarantees of results or success in competitive examinations.

12. Termination of Services
• We may suspend or terminate user access for violation of terms, illegal activity, or misrepresentation.
• Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to the user are revoked.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• In case of disputes, the jurisdiction will be limited to the competent courts of Alappuzha or Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.

14. Modifications to Policy
• ed Credence Academy reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time without prior notice.
• Continued use of the services after modification constitutes acceptance of those changes.
